- Staff members who undergo pre-employment local, state and federal background checks and drug screenings
- Employee continuing education classes

Safe, Hurricane-Proof Construction
- Impact windows that are 100 percent hurricane-proof
- Industrial-size backup generator that runs on natural gas
Emergency Preparedness
- Emergency call systems in every room
- Fire drills conducted bi-monthly
- Located across from a fire station and first responders
- Continual safety training for staff
- Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) in place
